Simply type a word "+ synonyms" into Google. And, presto! You have the definition and synonyms.
Presto =
a phrase announcing the successful completion of a trick, or suggesting that something has been done so easily that it seems to be magic.

Here are the results of Googling "good + synonyms":
adjective 1. to be desired or approved of. "a good quality of life" 2. having the qualities required for a particular role. "the schools here are good"
synonyms: fine, of high quality, of a high standard, quality, superior; satisfactory, acceptable, adequate, in order, up to scratch, up to the mark, up to standard, up to par, competent, not bad, all right; excellent, superb, outstanding, magnificent, of the highest quality, of the highest standard, exceptional, marvelous, wonderful, first-rate, first-class, superlative, splendid, admirable, worthy, sterling;
So, now I can say, "Google is outstanding for finding synonyms" and "The list of synonyms one can find when Googling is more than satisfactory; it's marvelous; absolutely splendid!"
Of course, you need to click on a synonym to see the meaning, as some synonyms might have a slightly different meaning.
