How much do classes cost?
As you pay in your currency, it's difficult to give an exact cost, but here is a guide for PayPal payments:

US Dollars:  (includes PayPal fee)
$35 / hour 
$30 / hour - 10 hours ($300) - 14% discount

Euros: (includes PayPal fee)
33 euros / hour
28 euros / hour - 10 hours (280 euros) - 15% discount

For groups of 4 or more students (individual classes from the same company, family or group of friends):

US Dollars:  (includes PayPal fee)
$26 / hour - 10 hours ($260) per student

Euros: (includes PayPal fee)
24 euros / hour - 10 hours (240 euros) per student

Do I have to choose Business or General Conversational Classes?
No; that is just a guide.  You can have a blend of Business and General classes if you prefer.

Can I use my own materials in our classes?
Yes, we can work on your business or personal materials.

What type of activities are done during the Skype classes?
There are many options:  conversations based on my guided lessons, news article discussions, your business or personal materials (emails, presentations, conference & meeting preparations), test prep questions ... 

If we use your lesson materials, must I do the grammar exercises in the lesson?
No; the main purpose of the classes is to focus on conversation and/or functional activities (to be able to speak in different situations in English).  The grammar in the lesson materials is optional.  

Can you help me with grammar during the Skype classes?
Yes, if you would like to practice some grammar during the class, we can do that.  Even when practicing grammar, the class will also be conversational.  
 
Do I have to do homework?
No, but if you do have time to do a little preparation it's helpful.  I suggest setting aside 15 minutes a day to practice (4 days a week) and, if you can, 30 minutes to prepare in advance for your class.  The more time you spend studying, practicing and preparing, the more quickly you'll improve. 
 
How can I feel more confident when speaking English?  I'm nervous about taking lessons.

How do I reserve a class?
We can agree on a convenient class time during our free meeting or by email.  It's better if you can set up classes on the same day at the same time each week.  That way you are guaranteed your class time.  
 
How do I cancel a class?
Send me an email or text message to cancel your class.  If you cancel up to 2 hours before your class you will not have to pay for the cancelled class.  
 
What happens if I am late for a class?
Please email me or send a text message to let me know you will be late.  If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will lose that class time as I have to keep to my schedule.
 
How do I pay for my classes?
You may use your PayPal account or your credit card if you do not use PayPal.
For US students, I use VENMO.
 
What equipment do I need?
A laptop or desktop computer works best along with a headset with earphones and a microphone.  
You can choose to use a webcam or not.  I use a webcam with students who prefer this.
