Lesson cancellations:  You may cancel a class up to 2 hours before the class start time; the class will be rescheduled.  *Please send me an email if you need to reschedule.

Unable to reach you:  Classes start promptly, and if I cannot reach you at the scheduled time, I will keep trying for half the class time.  (After that, if I don't receive an email from you to let me know you are late, it will be considered an absence.)

Absences:  If you are absent without notifying me up to two hours before the class, you will be charged for that class. (You are permitted one "free" absence that will not count against you.)

Late for class:  If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will lose that class time as I have to keep to my schedule.

My absence:  If I have an emergency and cannot give the class, I will contact you by email (& leave a message on Skype) and we can reschedule the class.  (This rarely happens.)  If I cancel within 2 hours of the class, I will offer you an extra 30 minutes of class time to compensate for the inconvenience. 

Terms of service:  classes should be taken within one year of purchase.
